How Much Does a Facebook Agency Ad Account Cost?
How much does a Facebook agency ad account cost? Either a flat monthly fee or a percentage of ad spend, usually 3 to 10 percent, and which works out cheaper depends entirely on how much you spend.
Two pricing models
Providers charge either a flat monthly fee or a cut of what you spend. Published rates in this market run from about 0.5 percent at the low end up to 15 percent.
Be careful what you are comparing. Much of the pricing you will find online is for agencies that run your campaigns, not for the ad account itself.
Which is cheaper at your spend
Percentage pricing is cheap at low volume and scales badly. A flat fee is the reverse.
| Monthly ad spend | At 3% of spend | Flat $3,000 plan |
|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $300 | $3,000 |
| $100,000 | $3,000 | $3,000 |
| $300,000 ($10k/day) | $9,000 | $3,000 |
| $600,000 ($20k/day) | $18,000 | $3,000 |
What we charge
Launch is $1,000 a month and Scale is $3,000 a month, published on our homepage rather than hidden behind a call. Agency partners get custom volume pricing from ten setups.
There is no percentage of your ad spend on top of that. The monthly price is the whole cost, whether you spend $30,000 a month or $600,000.
When we are not the cheapest
Under roughly $100,000 a month in spend, a percentage-based provider will cost you less. That is just arithmetic and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
ExiScale is built for advertisers spending $1K to $20K+ per day, and the maths only favours a flat fee above a certain volume.
