ExiScale Reviews

Short answer

ExiScale reviews are published on Trustpilot, where 89% of the 37 reviews are five-star, most praising support speed and account replacements. The criticism is about accounts still getting banned, and the profile is public and unedited, so read it yourself rather than trusting a summary.

What clients say most often

Three themes repeat: replacement speed when an asset goes down, support response times, and scaling without the usual downtime.

"They've never took longer than 5 minutes to reply to us."

"No more 'off time' with our ads. Support is almost immediate."

What the criticism says

Two reviews are negative. One alleges accounts were still disabled and that the positive reviews are fake; we responded publicly, and the legal documents that reviewer sent were fraudulent and reported to the authorities.

The fair version of the complaint is worth stating plainly: agency infrastructure reduces downtime and replaces banned assets, but it does not make non-compliant creative safe. Anyone promising that is selling something else.

If you saw older pricing

Some review pages still quote $199 to $499 a month. Those were earlier ExiScale packages and are no longer offered.

Current pricing is $1,000 or $3,000 per month, published openly on our homepage with everything each plan includes.

One of those pages also reviews us as cloud hosting, having confused us with a similarly named company. Check the date and the detail before trusting any third-party summary of what we cost.

Check it for yourself

Read the reviews on Trustpilot, where we cannot edit or remove them.

If you found a "scam check" site first, note what those actually measure: domain age, SSL and registrar data, scored automatically. They never contact a single customer.

Judge us on a call instead

Book a call and ask the awkward questions directly. We would rather lose the sale than have you find out later that we were not the right fit.
