What Do I Do if My Facebook Ad Account Appeal Is Rejected?

Short answer

If your Facebook ad account appeal is rejected, appealing again rarely changes the outcome, because the second review usually reaches the same conclusion. Meta generally allows appeals for up to 180 days, so the real decision is whether to keep appealing or start rebuilding.

A completed review that went the wrong way: restrictions not removed, the day after they were applied.

Why the second appeal usually fails too

Appeal reviews are largely automated. Resubmitting the same account against the same signals tends to produce the same answer.

Repeat appeals on a flagged asset also draw more scrutiny without meaningfully improving your odds. Appeal again only if you have genuinely new evidence.

Worth checking before you try again

  • The exact restriction wording in Account Quality, and whether it is business-level or only the ad account.
  • Whether two-factor authentication and identity verification are actually satisfied.
  • Billing status, including any failed or flagged payment method.
  • That you still hold admin access, and that you have not changed roles while restricted.

The 180 day clock

A disabled account can generally be appealed for up to 180 days. After that, reinstatement is not usually offered at all.

If you are already weeks in with one rejection behind you, decide now whether to spend the rest of that window appealing or to start rebuilding alongside it.

Rebuilding instead of appealing

This is the option the search results skip: advertise on separate infrastructure rather than trying to recover the asset. Agency ad accounts sit inside an established partner's Business Manager and carry none of your history.

ExiScale setups use aged 10+ year profiles and ad accounts built for $20k+ daily spend within the first week, with unlimited replacements. It only works if your creative and landing pages are compliant.
