Why editing beats requesting a review
Requesting a review sends the same ad back through the same system. If an automated check flagged it, a second pass often reaches the same conclusion.
An edited ad re-enters review as a materially different ad, which is a different question for the system to answer.
The specific edit
Rather than rewriting the whole ad, delete one variation: a headline, a description, or one primary text. Then relaunch it.
In our experience that comes back approved more often than a straight resubmission, and it is faster than waiting in a manual review queue.
Read the policy it cites first
Every rejection names a policy. Reading it tells you whether this is a borderline automated flag or a real breach.
If the ad genuinely breaches policy, removing a variation will not save it, and repeated attempts add risk to the account rather than the ad.
