What Do I Do if My Facebook Ad Account Keeps Getting Disabled?

Short answer

If your Facebook ad account keeps getting disabled, stop appealing and break the link Meta is tracking: the shared profile, card, IP or device. Repeat bans are almost never about the individual ad, so rebuild on genuinely separate infrastructure and keep a backup account live.

Why it keeps happening

Meta often links assets by shared fingerprint, not just by the individual ad. If a disabled account shares an admin profile, payment card, IP or device with your replacement, the restriction is far more likely to follow it across.

That's why people lose five accounts in a row: one unsolved link, repeated five times.

The most common mistake: building a new Business Manager on the same machine, same IP and the same card as the banned one. Meta tends to connect them quickly, sometimes within hours, and the replacement often dies faster than the original.

What actually works

  1. Stop appealing repeatedly. In practice, repeat appeals on a flagged asset usually draw more scrutiny without meaningfully improving your odds.
  2. Find the shared link (profile, card, IP or device) and break it properly.
  3. Rebuild on genuinely separate infrastructure, not a fresh profile made on the same machine.
  4. Have a backup account live before you need it. Downtime costs more than the ban.

Stop putting everything in one account

If a campaign is performing, leave it alone. Adjust budget up or down, but do not launch new campaigns in that ad account.

Test new products in a separate account. When one takes off, move it to its own account and keep roughly one offer per ad account.

When to stop rebuilding and replace

Once you've lost three or more accounts, rebuilding yourself costs more than it saves. Managed infrastructure moves you onto aged profiles and business managers that carry their own history.

ExiScale setups use aged 10+ year profiles and ad accounts built for $20k+ daily spend within the first week, with unlimited replacements.

When an asset goes down it's replaced at no cost, and you're back live in hours, not days.
