How Quickly Can a Banned Facebook Ad Account Be Replaced?

Short answer

A banned Facebook ad account can be replaced quickly, often same day on agency infrastructure, but replacement and full spend are not the same thing. A fresh self-serve account needs weeks of warming, while a pre-warmed agency account ramps back to high daily limits within a week.

Two questions, two different answers

"How fast can I get an account" and "how fast can I spend what I was spending" have very different answers. Most guides address neither directly.

Getting an account is quick. Getting back to volume is where the time actually goes.

How long the appeal route takes

Commonly reported timelines, which vary by case:

  • Standard appeal review: roughly 24 to 48 hours.
  • Appeals needing business verification: about 5 to 10 days.
  • Reviews involving circumvention allegations: around 7 to 14 days.
  • No response after roughly 30 days usually means the decision is final.

A disable can generally be appealed for up to 180 days. Waiting out that whole window tends to cost more than it recovers.

How long replacement takes

A new self-serve account starts at low daily limits with no history, so climbing back to your previous spend takes weeks of warming.

An agency ad account inside an established Business Manager starts with history behind it, so it ramps rather than starting from zero. ExiScale accounts are built for $20k+ daily spend within the first week.

It is still a ramp, just a fast one. When an asset goes down it is replaced at no extra cost.

The realistic answer

On infrastructure that already exists, normally same day. From a standing start on self-serve, weeks.

The variable is not how fast an account can be issued. It is whether it already has history behind it.

The one thing that slows it down

Meta runs periodic asset scans. During one, sharing access or moving assets between business managers can get those assets disabled.

Replacement is slower while a scan runs. In our experience that happens only a few times a year, but it is the honest caveat on any same-day claim.
