Is ExiScale legit? Yes: a registered company with a public Trustpilot profile we cannot edit, a named team with real LinkedIn profiles, and pricing published openly, all of which you can check without taking our word for it.
Who runs it
Kyron Hellmrich founded ExiScale and still runs it. Clients name him personally in reviews, which is unusual in this industry.

What you can check without asking us
- Reviews: our Trustpilot profile is claimed and public. We cannot delete a review on it.
- People: the team is named, with LinkedIn profiles you can look up.
- Pricing: published on the homepage, not hidden behind a call.
- In person: we attend Affiliate World and Affiliate Takeover. Dates and venues are on our events page.
What the criticism says
Not every review is positive, and we would rather you read those too. The recurring complaint is that accounts still got banned.
That deserves a straight answer: agency infrastructure reduces downtime and replaces banned assets, but it does not make non-compliant creative safe. We go through the detail on our reviews page.
What we do not claim
No guaranteed approvals, no ban-proof accounts, no promise that Meta will behave. Anyone offering those is describing something that does not exist.
